MAP completes an in-depth internal and external property inspection for market rate landlords. A Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection is performed for Section 8 landlords. Initial inspections are conducted before lease-up. Subsequent inspections are conducted quarterly or semi-annually based on need in order to ensure that your investment remains solid and well maintained throughout the lease term. MAP inspectors are HQS certified.
MAP provides and archives state of the art move-in and move-out videos/dvds documenting the condition of the property.
MAP takes care of all disbursements for maintenance and repairs.
MAP disburses all net rent monies to you by the 8th day of each month by way of electronic transfer directly to a designated account of your choice. A detailed annual statement is provided.
